Terms and Conditions

When agreeing to attend an Envious Hair Extension training course you the customer / trainee are to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Course dates can be changed to a later date if required with at least 10 days notice.

2. Upon completion of the course a completion certificate will be issued by Envious.

3. If in the unlikely event of Envious having to cancel any of the courses booked you will be notified immediately and the next suitable date will be arranged. If this is not convenient to you a full refund will be offered.

4. All trainees after completion of course are required to do a minimum of 25 hours practice.

5. Your course will be carried out with practical + theory. A full understanding and instillation using a training head (no live models)

6. Deposits taken will secure the course date, the remaining balance will need to be paid in full before the course commences.

7. Cancellations of any course booked will result in the loss of deposit NO exceptions.

8. It is the trainees responsibility to obtain the relevant insurance before trading.

9. Finally all trainees are required to sign, accept and abide by all terms and conditions set out by Envious.
